My Guests in September!

First, I must tell you that the kit of September (which is already available) is one of my favorites. Even, if I like all my kits.
I love doing projects and colorful pages, but my "heart" in the scrapbooking, belongs to all that is vintage, shabby chic and recently Mixed Media (even if the MM is not really considered as a style in scapbooking). I love to create using these styles and develop pages trying new techniques. It takes a lot of time, what I do not have now, but I intend to return soon to "my love" in scrapbooking…
And by creating the kit of September, I thought about all of you who like to create in these styles. Because with this kit you can make pages very light (as the style Shabby request) and very dark to accentuate the vintage style. And for fans of Mixed Media there is not really a limit of what you can create with this kit. In addition, I put a lot of different ribbons and laces which can help you to beautify your creations.
So now, go at your brushes, at your Gesso, at your inks, etc. and etc…
You see like I've already promised that, the month of September will be again the month for creating...
And my guests will once again prove that scrapbooking is an art that nothing is impossible and it needs just find own style and have pleasure. And that whatever the style in which you work: "Architecture" (as I call it style known as "simple". I do not like this name, because I think nothing is simple in this style and because creating a beautiful page with the minimum of everything is an art that I admire enormously), vintage, shabby chic, freestyle, contemporary, mixed media, etc. and etc…
And yes, once again I have the chance to have guests with great talent…
My first guest comes from France. To me it says a lot, because I think the French scrappers have an incredible talent to embellish their pages using all kinds of techniques simultaneously, for at the end, have everything perfect.
And my guest is like that. For a long time, I love watching her creations and take time to admire and understand what techniques she used here and there. Sometimes this is quite a challenge for me. I am never indifferent to her creations. She makes pages varying from Mixed media to freestyle and she stop also to create beautiful altered objects. I love what she makes.
Her name is……………. Celine Carbonel!

My second guest, I met her for the first time when she visited the booth Scrapmagie at the scrapbooking trade show in Montreal. I think at that time her style was not quite defined. And with time, I began to notice her pages and I was able to recognize her pages and her style.
Now, she juggles with paint by mixing colors, papers and embellishments and by constantly trying new things. I love her boldness and her style.
